Article Corrections, Retraction & Withdrawal (C-R-W) Policy

Article Corrections

Before publication:

Authors receive PDF galley proofs from editor of journal by email for proofreading, corrections if any, and making any corrections before sending the PDF for online publication on the journal's website.

After publication:

Corrections will be published if there are any significant changes to the publication record regarding the accuracy of the published information. These corrections will be included in the next issue under Corrections and Addendum.

Article Retraction

Published articles (including volume/issue/page information etc.) that may violate professional and ethical standards, such as multiple submissions, fraudulent data use, plagiarism, false claims of authorship, or other similar issues, may be retracted. Informational research journals follow COPE's retraction guidelines.

Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdrawal their manuscripts by sending a letter to the editorial office that explains the reasons for the withdrawal.

Authors have the option to withdraw their article(s) at any point during the peer-review and publication process (prior to the publication of the article that lacks complete volume/issue/page details). It is important for authors to understand that this withdrawal action removes the manuscript from the peer review and publication process, returning it to the author's dashboard, specifically in the list of withdrawn manuscripts. Furthermore, the manuscript number assigned to withdrawn articles is rendered unusable by the system and cannot be resubmitted.

However, if authors withdraw their manuscripts after review and acceptance, they will be charged a withdrawal fee of double of the article publication charge (APC). if Corresponding author withdraw  name of other author (s) from their manuscripts after review, acceptance and Publised, they will be charged a withdrawal fee of 100% of the article publication charge (APC).

All authors are advised to ensure and confirm through multiple reviews that the articles or manuscripts are valid and error-free.
