Copyright is a category of intellectual property rights that defends original creative works, which includes literary works such as academic articles. The objective of copyright is to protect the specific manner in which the article describes an experiment and its findings. The Tropical Journal of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences - TJPLS Journal is committed to its authors, ensuring the protection and defense of their work and reputation, and takes allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethical disputes, and fraud very seriously. The Tropical Journal of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences - TJPLS Journal is published under the Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Authors retain their copyright while granting the journal the right to first publish their work online at the same time.

BY (attribution): Users are permitted to share, distribute, and redistribute the published article in any medium or format, provided that the authors are identified along with the original publication in this journal. Authors are encouraged to post and disseminate their articles immediately following publication (for instance, in institutional or public repositories, or on personal websites). Authors are permitted to enter into further contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published article, with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

NC (non-commercial): Users are not authorized to utilize the article for commercial reasons without the authors' consent. The authors explicitly agree that the published article is indexed globally in databases, repositories, and indexing services, even if these services are commercially oriented. The authors grant the Tropical Journal of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences - TJPLS Journal the explicit right to feature the published articles in databases, repositories, and indexing services.

Note: Authors must ensure that the manuscript submitted for publication represent that it is an original work, has not been published previously and is not being considered for publication elsewhere.

Authors transfer the copyright of their work to the journal to publish the article, use it for indexing, and archiving on the journal's website for public availability. 

So, the corresponding author is asked to sign “Copyright Transfer Agreements (CTA)” form including all authors before the manuscript is published. The corresponding author is requested to download the “Copyright Transfer Agreements (CTA)” form from the journal website and after getting author(s) signature it must be send as an attachment file (form after scanning) to the Informative Research Journals(P) editorial office via email to  editortjpls@gmail.com .
